Would you prefer to be blind or deaf?

I would prefer to deaf. Because at least being deaf I can communicate with the eyes with the other people.  I could have a person that can write me what the other people said and I can answer and participate in the conversation. I could pay so they can investigate how to create machine so the deaf people can hear again. But thanks God I am not deaf and blind.
